Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Assisting students in accessing the curriculum and engaging fully in classroom activities.
  • Supporting teachers in the design and assessment of educational activities.
  • Helping maintain discipline and focus among students.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs.
  • Assisting with the implementation of support plans and risk assessments for students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
Requirements:

To work with us, you must be reliable and committed. We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience working with children or young people.
  • Are patient, reliable, and enthusiastic.
  • Have an enhanced child and adult DBS registered with the update service or are willing to apply for one.
  • Can provide two professional references.
  • Are eligible to work in the UK.
