As a Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Assisting students in accessing the curriculum and engaging fully in classroom activities.
- Supporting teachers in the design and assessment of educational activities.
- Helping maintain discipline and focus among students.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs.
- Assisting with the implementation of support plans and risk assessments for students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
To work with us, you must be reliable and committed. We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working with children or young people.
- Are patient, reliable, and enthusiastic.
- Have an enhanced child and adult DBS registered with the update service or are willing to apply for one.
- Can provide two professional references.
- Are eligible to work in the UK.
