About the Role:
We are seeking individuals to join us as Trainee Teaching Assistants. This role requires no prior experience or qualifications, only a genuine passion for helping others and supporting students' educational journeys.

Once you successfully pass the interview process and complete the necessary safeguarding and identity checks, we will work with you to secure a paid placement in a school. Throughout this process, we will assist you in developing your skills, identifying your strengths as an educator, and selecting a specialist area that aligns with your interests, whether in EYFS, KS1, KS2, secondary education, or SEND provisions.

About the School:
Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training programme delivered by Vision for Education and experienced school leaders. This training will provide you with the essential skills required to be an effective Teaching Assistant.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the school. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a passion for supporting children’s daily needs, and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and their families.

The responsibilities of the role may vary across schools but generally include supporting teachers during class lessons, leading small group interventions, and providing one-on-one assistance to ensure all students can thrive in their learning environment.
