Solar PV Installations Operative - To fit solar panels
Construction based - Commercial and housing developments
A great opportunity to start an ongoing temp to permanent role as a solar PV installer, fixing brackets, prepping for installs, fixing solar panels to commercial and residential builds. Contracts are around Cornwall and Plymouth so there will be travel involved.
Day to day:
- Travelling to various sites (Cornwall areas)
- Moving materials
- Installing brackets and fixing panels
- Prepping buildings for installations
- Manual handling and laboring
- Keeping a clean working environment
- Following health and safety
- Training will be provided, experience is not essential for this role
Requirements:
- CSCS card
- Manual handling
- Learning and developing in the trade
- Previous experience in solar PV installations is desireable but not essential
