Conrad Consulting have partnered with our clients to find a talented Architectural Technician as they look to expand their team based in Truro - Cornwall, working on a variety of projects within the Residential & Commercial sectors
My Clients are a well established Multidisciplinary practice based in Cornwall, with a recent influx of projects they are looking to expand their Architectural team with the addition of another Technician, Working on projects predominantly within the Residential and Commercial area they cover every aspect within sectors across the South West of the Country.
If you are an Architectural Technician with around 2 or more years UK experience working within the residential sector that would love to work on significant residential within a small talented team this could be the opportunity to heighten your career
The successful Architectural Technician candidate will Primarily work within the construction stages of projects, creating 2D AutoCAD drawings however there will be some scope for going out to site, measuring up a building and then completing the relevant drawings to suit.
This opportunity will be best suited to an Architectural Technician, CAD Technician or an ARB Architect with a Technical background that has experience working within UK practice, There is also option to join my clients in a part time or hybrid role for the right candidate should you be looking to reduce your hours.
Requirements for Successful Technician Candidates are:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK practice
- Relevant Qualification - HND, HNC, Architectural Degree
- Thorough understanding of building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Great technical knowledge and drawing capabilities
- Site experience (Desirable)
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Own transport with the ability to commute
- Confident in a Client liaising role
The successful Architectural Technician candidate will receive a competitive salary, likely to be in the region of 28,000 - 30,000 dependent on experience, Hybrid working arrangements available, part time working available and generous company benefits
