Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer Location: Cornwall, just outside Truro Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Are you ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and challenging environment? Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, positive, and confident Executive Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Officer (COO) in daily tasks. This multifaceted role requires a broad range of skills from various business areas, including Marketing operations, Sales operations, Event support, and C-suite support. Key Responsibilities: - Building KPIs and cadence reporting
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing teams with both input and output
- Assisting in preparing input for the Board
- Ensuring the COO is well-informed and prepared at all times
Qualifications and Skills: - Keyboard Proficiency: Strong competence and confidence in using a keyboard.
- Integrity and Discretion: Understanding the importance of confidentiality and the "need to know" principle.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle issues (SNAFU) with creative and effective solutions.
- Versatility: Experience in various business functions, such as PA/EA, Marketing, Sales, and Event support.
