Interim FP&A RolePosition: Interim FP&A Specialist Location: Truro Area of Cornwall. Company: Large Manufacturing Company Rate: £300 - £400 per day Duration: At least 6 months, starting ASAPAbout the Role: Hays are working with a large manufacturing company based in the Truro area of Cornwall, who are currently seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for supporting our financial planning and analysis functions during a period of transition.Hybrid working is available - ideally at least 3 days per week on site.Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting
- Developing and maintaining financial models
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Utilising Power BI software for data visualisation and reporting
- Collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar FP&A role within the manufacturing sector is highly desirable
- Qualifications: CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred, but we will consider candidates who are qualified by experience (QBE)
- Skills: Proficiency in Power BI software is essential
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately
