Job Purpose

  • Manage the tax provision, primarily overseeing corporate tax compliance work.
  • Overseeing workflow, reviewing work, and ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Lead client liaison including regular meetings, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
  • Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow.
  • Confidently network and scope for new business opportunities, as well as identifying new service lines for the existing portfolio.
  • Provide constructive mentorship to junior team members.
  • Work closely with senior team members, providing support as needed.
  • Set an example to the team as a natural leader.

  • CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified or equivalent with varied practice experience.
  • Experience working within a Corporate Tax environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
