About the Role:
Phoenix Business Services UK is seeking a talented and driven SaaS Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join one of our key clients, a rapidly growing company in the SaaS space. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients across the UK, building strong relationships and driving product growth. Occasional travel to client sites may be required as partnerships develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and support product development.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure client success and retention.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager in the SaaS industry.
