Duties/Technical Skills
- Supporting customers on the service desk on a daily basis including automated faults resolution, customer reported fault resolution
- Strong communications skills and an ability to talk with customers at all levels with a good clear and friendly telephone manner
- Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details

Must have driving licence and own vehicle.
