Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a planning-led architectural firm on the hire of an Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Cornwall.

As part of the Planning team, the successful Senior Town Planner will be working with the existing team to support high-profile clients offering planning advice, consultation and services for projects in the Residential, Education, Heritage and Commercial sectors.

The successful Senior Town Planner will lead and support the team, prioritising workload and ensuring projects are delivered within pre-agreed deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Town Planner to join an employee-focused company where you will have the ability to make a difference.

Position Overview

-Leading a wide variety of projects, including Residential, Commercial, Educational, Heritage and Commercial
