What will you do?

Handle a full & broad commercial property caseload
Advise a broad client base to include local authorities, investors & (smaller scale) local developers
Sector focus will include leisure, retail and development
There will also be opportunities to become involved in the growing energy/renewables sub-dept

What will you need?

To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
To have at least 3-4 years PQE+
Commercial property experience
Ideally you should already be operating at assistant or associate level within another reputed firm
