You will also develop creative, tailored solutions, drawing on contributions from volunteers, our members, and branches to meet beneficiaries' unique needs.Additionally, you will work closely with the Casework Services Manager and Head of Welfare to identify and address local beneficiary needs, helping shape the commissioning of specialist services. You will advise beneficiaries on available support and assist them in accessing the services they need, while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of statutory benefits.
