Excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a market leading company with a friendly and social team who will support you in upskilling in their sector, gaining formal qualifications, and having a long-term scope to progress into Contracts Management.

This company are a well-established Contractor who operate throughout the South West of England, completing works for a number of major housebuilders who are notorious within the construction industry. They are currently going from strength to strength and have exciting plans over the next few years. As a result, they are looking for an additional Site Supervisor to join their team.

Reporting to the Contracts Manger you will be responsible for up to 12-15 sites. You will be based around the Cornwall/ Truro areas on various sites and office based once a week and then conducting site visits to check on progress and carry out pre/mid and sign-off inspections. The company can put you through SSSTS / SMSTS courses and help you to gain an NVQ in Construction Management. For the right candidate, opportunities to progress into a Contracts Management role are available.

This role would ideally suit someone with a trade background looking to come off the tools and step into a supervisory role for a company who value and invest in their staff. Any previous supervisory experience would be beneficial but not essential.

The Role:
Assistant Site Manager
Responsible for up to 15 sites in South West England
Office based with regular site visits liaising with the site team
Help to gain formal qualifications, NVQ, SMSTS
Lots of scope to progress your career

The Person:
UK Driving License
