This company established themselves 3 years ago, and due to an increased workload are looking to add a Graduate to their tight-knit team. They work on a range of projects across Cornwall, primarily residential with some commercial and industrial projects for a diverse client base.

In this varied role you will receive full training and then review projects, attend site visits pre-construction to ensure feasibility as well as being involved in all stages of project delivery including budgeting, invoicing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

You will work closely with other members of the team from project competition through to delivery, solving complex design problems.

This role would suit a Graduate in Structural / Civil Engineering looking to join a tight-knit company with opportunities for career advancement, learning from industry experts while working on interesting projects.

The Role:

• Conduct pre-construction site visits, undertaking inspections to ensure project feasibility.
• Review project documents and be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Maintain excellent client relationships with architects, contractors and more.
• Full training provided, and study support to assist with chartership

The Person:

• Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Looking to join a tight-knit consultancy
• Commutable to Truro
