As a stock condition surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen, bathroom, central heating.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc.
About the Role:
- On-going role.
- Surveys are carried out on a software- tablet devices will be provided.
- Immediatestart .
- Carry out 8-10 completed surveys per day.
- Induction provided to use the software.
- Lodgement fee is covered by our client.
- booked appointmentsand door knocking.
- Outside IR35 role
- Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks.
- Over 400 properties to be surveyed.
- Full training will be provided.
Ideal Candidates:
Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
Familiarity with the HHSRS system
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
