Our Trust is a leading provider of SEN services, continually expanding and enhancing our provision across the South West. We are currently developing innovative strategies to deliver a new, integrated specialist healthcare service across the Trust, creating exciting new roles within our team.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the development of a comprehensive healthcare approach for our pupils, collaborating with specialist professionals as part of an inter-agency team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a robust health service for pupils with complex health needs, working closely with partners, pupils, parents, and carers, and managing a team of Healthcare Leads. The postholder will be supported by Trust services to develop career pathways for staff, ensuring a sustainable approach to supporting SEN.

This role is ideal for a knowledgeable healthcare professional who is passionate about supporting young people. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, inquisitive, and driven to find solutions and make a difference.

Requirements:

  • Must be Paediatric registered
  • Must be at least a Level 6 nurse
