Job Duties:- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures
- Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment
- Working at heights to ensure safe and secure scaffolding
- Following health and safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently
- CSCS card
- Previous experience as a scaffolder
- Ability to work at heights
- Physical fitness and strength
No specific education requirements, but relevant vocational qualifications are beneficial
Experience:Previous experience as a scaffolder in the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of scaffolding techniques and safety practises
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Advanced scaffolding qualifications
- First Aid certification
The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, at heights, and in potentially noisy environments. It requires physical exertion and may involve lifting heavy materials. Health and safety regulations must be strictly adhered to at all times.
