We are recruiting for a skillful teacher to work in schools based in Truro starting January 2025. The role will be exciting and varied, it will include deployment into class groups, alongside long-term engagement with key groups and pupils, including those on bespoke learning packages. The successful candidate will add capacity to the highly skilled and experienced teaching team. 

Essential Requirements:

• QTS
• Excellent understanding of all primary practices.
• Ability to lead, manage and direct a classroom team of staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand and implement a Total Communication approach
• Good understanding of effective use of the EHCP process to support learning.
