Morva Recruitment is proud to be supporting an innovative company in the water management sector, seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team based in Cornwall.

The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will oversee the delivery of capital projects within the water industry. Your goal will be to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, all while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project methodology to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, in scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth execution of projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee financial management, including budget control and forecasting project spend.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and lead internal change programs.
  • Travel to sites across the UK and Europe as needed.
