The Role:
As an experienced recruitment consultant, you will play a key role in our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
- Conducting screening calls and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles
- Providing expert advice and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the technology or engineering sectors
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms
