The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing and developing high-performing recruitment projects, taking ownership of a warm desk while also expanding our client base. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor
• Leading the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting top talent to managing the interview and offer process
• Taking a proactive approach to new business development and client acquisition
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth
• Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients
• Identifying market trends and leveraging insights to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates
• Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of success, ideally in the technology or engineering sectors
• In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to placing top talent
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience mentoring or managing junior consultants is a plus
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and job boards
