We are looking for ambitious and competitive Trainee consultants who are interested in working in a fast paced environment with the opportunity to rapidly increase their earnings and progress into more senior positions. Year 1 OTE £35,000, Year 2 OTE £50,000, Year 3 OTE £80,000+.

The role:? Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff? Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates? Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through a variety of methods? Screening CV's and conducting initial interviews? Sales calls and meetings? Providing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout theprocess
