Provide compassionate and empathetic support to individuals with mental health conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement support plans
Empower clients to achieve their personal goals and promote independence and well-being.
Maximise income for service users.
Regularly review support plans and risk assessments.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in a similar support role within a mental health or social care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
An understanding of support needs and support planning.
Experience of risk assessing and risk management.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of clients
A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to providing support
Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Certification in Mental Health First Aid or relevant training
Valid DBS clearance and professional registration (if applicable)
