This contract role offers a competitive salary of £14.46 per hour, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals and communities we serve.

Preferred Requirements  
  • Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred support services, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of our client base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including social workers, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to enhance your ability to support our clients effectively.
Preferred Qualifications  
  • Relevant qualifications in social work, health and social care, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a similar agency support or community-based role.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
