Preferred Requirements

Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders, including social workers, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to enhance your ability to support our clients effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in social work, health and social care, or a related field.
Previous experience working in a similar agency support or community-based role.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
