Housing Manager Required

Venn Group are looking for a dedicated Housing Manager to work for a Housing Group in the South West. If you are passionate about making a difference apply now  

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Managing a team of housing officers and supporting them in their day to day role
  • Working with the Tenants Forum, Scrutiny Panel and uninvolved customers to improve the standard of service provided, also ensuring consistency of standards across the portfolio.
  • Dealing with any complaints, Councillor and MP enquiries in a timeous and rigorous manner, ensuring that any lessons learned are shared with the team, to assist in continuous improvement to the service
  • To oversee the involvement of the team in any safeguarding issues that arise and in accordance with agreed policy objectives, ensuring that intervention is done so at the right level.
  • Developing strategies to manage complex tenancy issues

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Relevant experience
