As a Repairs Service Manager, you will lead an internal repair team, delivering exceptional work to customers' homes across the Cornwall region. Your responsibilities are diverse, and will include the following: - Leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality repairs within customers' homes. - Ensure operational productivity and work quality through regular quality audits and monitoring of progress. - Manage financial controls and resource allocation effectively. - Monitor vehicle stock levels and control materials in line with standards and guidelines. - Handle customer complaints, workflow tasks, and system updates promptly. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this exciting new permanent position, you will need to hold a relevant qualification - this could include a trade NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or relevant experience.
