Collaboration and Planning:

Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver activities.
Support pupils during transitions and daily routines, ensuring their medical needs are met.

Emotional Well-being and Social Skills:

Help pupils regulate their behaviour and emotions.
Encourage positive interactions, both academically and socially.

Assessment and Communication:

Contribute to formal SEND assessments, considering medical aspects.

Teamwork and Support:

Collaborate with other teaching assistants, teachers, and support staff.
