Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-2-1 support to students with diverse needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with the staffing team within the school to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs.
  • Compassionate and patient character.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Driving license preferred but not required if you have adequate travel arrangements.
