Personalised Support:

Offer 1:1 assistance to secondary school pupils with special educational needs, adapting teaching techniques to foster their confidence and independence.

Understand the specific challenges faced by older students and provide tailored support.

Collaboration and Planning:

Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver activities relevant to secondary education.

Support pupils during transitions, exams, and daily routines within the secondary school context.

Help pupils regulate their behaviour and emotions, especially those who have experienced trauma.
