An outstanding firm of Chartered Accountants in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a new senior team member to manage a diverse client portfolio.
Candidates should be fully qualified in ACA/ACCA or nearing completion, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
The role involves providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services, as well as preparing year-end financial statements and assisting with audits.
The salary for this position is up to £50,000, with additional bonuses and benefits, and higher salaries may be negotiated based on experience.
Candidates must have UK Practice experience and will enjoy flexible working options after completing training and probation.

An outstanding firm of Chartered Accountants in Tunbridge Wells is on the lookout for their newest member of the senior team to look after a portfolio of clients.

This will be a varied and engaging role, nestled within a warm and friendly team.

Responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

Providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients
Assist clients with tax planning, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling.
Prepare and review year-end financial statements in line with UK GAAP/IFRS.
Assist with some audit work where necessary
VAT returns, corporation tax computations, and personal tax filings.
Review and finalise work completed by junior staff, providing training and mentoring.
Liaise with HMRC on tax queries, compliance matters, and regulatory changes.

A successful candidate for this position would be circa 2yrs+ post-qualified, but would welcome applications of nearly/newly qualified too. Only candidates with UK Practice experience will be considered at this time.

Working hours are 9am-5pm with 1hr lunch. Some flexibility to working from home after training & probation.

Salary is up to £50,000 + bonus + benefits (DOE). Higher salaries can be discussed.
