If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leading organisation in the infrastructure sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Support Administrator to join their team.

About the Role:

As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of management services. Working closely with project managers, you'll manage a variety of administrative tasks, helping to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for management services
  • Organise project diaries, including meeting schedules, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
  • Assist in preparing reports that meet contractual obligations and industry standards, including Board packs and ad-hoc reports
  • Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing hospitality for meetings
  • Oversee document management and track contractual correspondence
  • Collate and verify information for reporting purposes
  • Maintain variation and lifecycle trackers based on team input
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required to enhance service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience or knowledge of PFI projects is a plus but not essential!
