They have a rare opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join their small, successful team to assist in the organisation of tours and to provide exceptional service to existing customers on a temporary basis to cover their busiest period.
Temporary Operations Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with enquiries to make and amend customer reservations.
- Checking and sending ticket and information packs according to tight deadlines.
- Researching relevant destinations to provide information both in house and externally.
- Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Organising guest lists for check-in staff.
Temporary Operations Assistant - Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in the travel / hospitality / Events industry preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent general administrative skills.
Temporary Operations Assistant - Additional Information:
- Paying £12-14ph DOE.
- Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30.
- Central location.
- Hybrid working.
- Car parking costs are reimbursed by the company.
