The successful candidate will be an experienced legal cashier

Legal Cashier

Inputting and assisting with all invoices, credit card spending and employee expenses
Assisting with monthly client invoices, producing monthly fees and recoverable expense invoices and statements for clients
Posting daily financial transactions
Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Assisting with preparation and effecting of month and year end procedures
Assisting the with year-end SRA SAR audits and preparation of year-end financial accounts/ statements
Handling disbursements

Legal Cashier

Assisting with the renewal of practice certificates
Assisting with insurance and PII renewals
General office admin including maintaining financial records
