Your new companyYour new role working as an Account Executive means you will be working for a Commercial Insurance Group / Lloyds Broker who have offices all over the UK. With over 55 years servicing the nation's commercial and personal insurance requirements, they have a wide selection of Lloyds syndicates and insurers. They are a well known and established Lloyds Broker. Due to a growth within their Tunbridge Wells office, a position for an Account Executive has arisen. Your new roleYour new role working as an Account Executive means you will be responsible for providing quotations for New Business and Renewals and to assist the office and be a referral point for the Assistants. You will deliver excellent customer service whilst meeting customer requirements efficiently & effectively for New Business. Another duty with include dealing with all enquiries from clients in the branch, over the phone and via e-mail to ensure all targets are maximised.What you will need to succeed Your previous experience working in an Insurer or Broker as a Account Handler/ Account Handler will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will ideally be Cert CII qualified or looking to take your qualifications. You will ideally have 2 years minimum experience working within a broking or underwriting environment You will have excellent insurance knowledge with strong communication skills both written and verbally. You will have the ability to work alone or within a team and have excellent people skills. You will also have competent skills in Microsoft office.
