My client is a well-established law firm listed who are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join their ever growing team in order to support their continued growth.The salary offered is competitive and there is also the opportunity of hybrid working with the company after a probation period.This role with reports to the Head of Marketing & Business Development, indirect reporting line to PR ManagerJob Description:To undertake administration tasks and provide administrative assistance to the Marketing & Business Development team through supporting a wide range of marketing activities including business development, events, marketing, digital and PR.Main Duties:• Monthly Brief Production• Production of monthly client listening reports• Uploading of data into the Acuigen system and Review Solicitors for post matter client surveys• Assistance with updating of website and posting on our social media channels• Production of monthly SOB reports for each department• Managing the inbox. This is a daily task as this is where all the new enquiries from the website and Live Chat come into• Assistance with filming and editing of videos• Assistance with creating designed images on Canva for use on social media• Any other reasonable duties assigned from time to timeSpecialist Skills Required:• Excellent Microsoft office skills: Word.
