BDS are currently recruiting for a friendly and cheerful caretaker/groundsperson for a sheltered housing retirement service based in Tunbridge Wells
To be the first point of contact for residents and visitors to the service.
Making contact with the residents daily and checking their welfare, having a chat and
Reporting any faults or repairs
Signposting information of local services
Grounds maintenance, grass cutting, bush trimming, pruning, bits of DIY in and around the service.
To build familiarity with the residents
There are admin tasks included within the role, keeping accurate records, responding to emails, managing spreadsheets etc

Working hours are Monday and 1 other morning during the week, 9am- 1pm
Hours; 8 hours per week,
This is a temporary ongoing position with the opportunity to become a perm position for the right person,
12.50 per hour PAYE
