The estate functions as a full-time private residence which occasionally hosts high level events, including holistic retreats featuring world-class practitioners.The ideal candidate will be a top-tier hospitality professional with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain impeccable service standards in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.The role calls for a dedicated, precise individual with an unwavering commitment to excellence and the ability to lead a team with quiet authority.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHousehold & Estate Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the main house, ensuring the property is immaculately maintained and presented.
- Manage household budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers, including maintenance, security, and landscapers.
Staff & Service Coordination
- Supervise, schedule, and manage household staff, including housekeeping, chefs, groundskeepers, and security personnel.
- Ensure all staff are trained to provide impeccable service, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Act as the principal point of contact between the estate owner, family members, and staff.
- Ensure SOPs are adhered to, ensuring the overall ambiance is managed to perfection.
Guest & Event Management
- Assist in planning and coordinating private events, VIP visits, and estate functions.
- Oversee guest accommodations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling high-profile guests and A-list celebrities.
Maintenance & Security Oversight
- Work closely with the estate’s maintenance team to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
- Implement security measures and liaise with security teams to safeguard the estate and its residents.
