Our client, a leading IFA practice are seeking a Paraplanner to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to add a Paraplanner to their team, where you will be required to provide a high level of technical support to a team of Financial Advisors, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained in your work at all times.

The ideal candidate will either be a fully-qualified (Level 4) Paraplanner or be working towards fully-qualified status with some exams under your belt, or have a minimum of 3 years’ providing administrative support to IFAs in a similar environment.

As part of the role our client will help support you towards further qualifications in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete research and cashflow modelling to support client advice

- Support all advisers in client meetings

- Being the first point of contact for clients on behalf of Advisers where possible

- Write suitability reports, including client review reports

- Complete all relevant administrative tasks where required

- Maintain product and industry knowledge

- Adhere to industry guidelines whilst maintaining compliance at all times

Key Experience:

- Previous experience as a Paraplanner or IFA Administrator in a Practice is necessary

- Fully-qualified or working towards fully-qualified statues with some RO exams under your belt

- Confident working across a team of Financial Advisers

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

- Confident working both independently and as part o a team

- Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail at all times

- Strong financial knowledge with a keen interest in keeping up to date with new products and regulations
