If you're excited about crafting delicious menus, leading a team, and exceeding standards, this is the opportunity for you!  What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Improvements: Spot opportunities to enhance the catering experience and implement positive changes.
  • Create Inspiring Menus: Design/prepare fresh, high-quality meals that excite and nourish pupils.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, support, and guidance to our trained kitchen staff, serving as the go-to person for all catering-related matters.
  • Manage Suppliers & Stock: Build relationships with suppliers, manage orders, and ensure effective stock control.
  • Financial Oversight: Take ownership of the catering budget, ensuring targets are met
  • Uphold Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a secure environment.
What They’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Food Hygiene, Level 3 Health & Safety, and either a City & Guilds1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing teams in a similar catering or food service role.
  • Passion: A genuine love for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
