The Role Senior Chef de Partie
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to develop their skills in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes across all sections of the kitchen.

  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen cleanliness.

  • Support junior chefs by sharing knowledge and ensuring consistency in food preparation.

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop seasonal menus and daily specials.

  • Ensure efficient stock control and wastage management.

  • Thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
