The Role Senior Chef de Partie
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to develop their skills in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes across all sections of the kitchen.
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Support junior chefs by sharing knowledge and ensuring consistency in food preparation.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
Ensure efficient stock control and wastage management.
Thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
What Were Looking For:
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar high-quality gastropub or restaurant.
A strong passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and British cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Salary ranges from £29,000 - £36,000 plus trunc depending on experience
