There is a large well-equipped kitchen, and the talented brigade prepare modern British cuisine utilising all the seasonal and local produce. Due to the extremely high standards, they are looking for a Senior Sous Chef who feels passionately about cooking and is keen to expand their experience further.

The role will involve assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, writing menus, costing, training and motivating the junior chefs and full control in the Head Chefs absence.
