Sous Chef - live in available - Restaurant - Tunbridge Wells area
Sous Chef (live in available) required for our client, a restaurant and wedding / function / events venue, located close to Tunbridge Wells. A rare opportunity as the kitchen team at this place of work is very stable.
As Sous Chef, the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience. You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. This role will require that you work week-ends.
The role of Sous Chef will require you to assist the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. This is a hands on role and requires good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.
The salary for this opportunity of Sous Chef is given as up competitive. Live in available. Access to transport is required due to location should you live in the local area and not require accommodation.
