The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience within a similar fresh food kitchen, have a genuine love of cooking and be looking to expend their knowledge further. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence the menus and develop your management skills working within a brigade of talented chefs.
There is a brigade of 6-7 chefs preparing modern European cuisine. They prepare everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will all be sourced locally. The successful Sous Chef will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
