Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating fresh business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Overseeing the complete sales journey, from initial contact to finalising agreements
  • Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with corporate clients and professional referrers
  • Delivering persuasive presentations and tailored employee benefits packages
  • Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee smooth client integration
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with a hunger for success
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to foster meaningful connections
  • Capability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain an organised sales pipeline
  • Previous experience within Financial Services (pensions/employee benefits) is desirable but not mandatory
  • A willingness to pursue QCF Level 4 industry qualifications if not already attained
