Our client, a national and leading business in their field is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team, where you will be responsible for managing a number of existing client accounts whilst providing a high level of service on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate will have either Account Management or Telesales experience, where you are used to liaising with clients on the phone, being the first point of contact for any queries whilst selling and upselling products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of an existing bank of major clients, being the first point of contact for any queries or questions

- Sell and upsell products to existing clients

- Taking on board new clients and growing portfolio where possible

- Work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times

- Work in a target-driven environment, both individual and team targets

Key Experience:

- Previous experience in an Account Management or Sales role is essential

- Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels both over the phone and via email

- Used to working in a sales role where you can upsell additional products and services

- Confident working with a team, meeting team targets whilst meeting your own KPIs
