Role: Client Relationship Executive

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. Flexible start and end times. Hybrid working potential following probation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and meeting service level agreements.
  • Keep clients updated on contract performance and promptly respond to their queries.
  • Monitor visit schedules to ensure adherence to contracted agreements.
  • Generate and chase approval of quotes.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, fostering account growth.
  • Prepare KPI reports and participate in client meetings.
  • Oversee mobilisation of new accounts and complete administrative tasks as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment or senior hospitality role.
  • Understanding of client requirements and expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Confidence in handling various tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritise as workload shifts.
