Field Sales Representative

We are working with an industry leading client on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Professional to help fuel the growth of their network across Crawley, Cranbrook, Sittingbourne, and Dartford.

In this exciting role, you'll collaborate closely with partners, retailers, and customers to create new sales opportunities, build strong relationships, and develop strategic business plans that ensure long-term success. As the key driver of growth in your area, you’ll help expand and strengthen their network, playing an essential role in supporting the overall growth of the businesses and their retention strategy. Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll be crucial in maintaining a leading reseller network. This role covers the regions of Crawley, Cranbrook, Sittingbourne, and Dartford, with the flexibility to travel across your area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and retention targets by ensuring objectives and targets are met
  • Leverage CRM and other tools to enhance sales performance across your area
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive performance and align with company objectives
  • Be accountable for service levels, KPIs, and ensuring the delivery of minimum standards
  • Manage contract negotiations, stock utilization, and ensure agreement renewals with network partners
  • Implement pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams as agreed with the Commercial Effectiveness team
  • Execute data-driven sales campaigns to increase volumes and strengthen the network
  • Ensure ongoing acquisition and renewal opportunities are managed to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Promote and enforce safety within the network in line with company standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive performance
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and proficient with computers, especially CRM systems
