- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities - reaching out to existing clients and following up with calls and emails.
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Updating of the CRM system.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- A strong Sales background is an ESSENTIAL requirement for this role.
- You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of Salesforce, or other CRM software.
- A confident and adept communicator with high level of customer service focus.
- Enthusiastic and tenacious approach.
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of English grammar and attention to detail.
- Solid IT skills.
- £28,000 basic salary.
- Realistic OTE of £35,000- £40,000 in first year, but uncapped!
- Fully HYBRID / REMOTE working!
