What Does the Role Involve?
As a Community Support Worker, youll travel between clients homes to provide personalised care and companionship. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients with personal care and administering medication.
- Helping individuals with community activities to promote independence.
- Building strong relationships that enrich both your life and theirs.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking individuals who are:
- Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable.
- Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for client visits.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets (many of our clients have beloved cats and dogs).
- Strong communicators with good written skills.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
- Experience in healthcare or end-of-life care.
- Current DBS clearance on the update system.
