What Does the Role Involve?

As a Community Support Worker, youll travel between clients homes to provide personalised care and companionship. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients with personal care and administering medication.
  • Helping individuals with community activities to promote independence.
  • Building strong relationships that enrich both your life and theirs.

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking individuals who are:

  • Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable.
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for client visits.
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets (many of our clients have beloved cats and dogs).
  • Strong communicators with good written skills.

Desirable (But Not Essential):

  • Experience in healthcare or end-of-life care.
  • Current DBS clearance on the update system.
