This is a non-fee earning role, which allows you to manage your diary & workload how you see fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Look after all pre-sale enquiries (collating all relevant information for Solicitors' enquiries), notice of transactions and share sales
Provide expert advice on leasehold matters including lease terms, ground rent, and service charges.
Draft and review contracts and leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with clients, lenders, landlords, and other stakeholders for smooth, efficient transactions.
In-House Training: occasionally deliver legal training to staff, enhancing their knowledge to better serve clients.
