Key Responsibilities:

  • Look after all pre-sale enquiries (collating all relevant information for Solicitors' enquiries), notice of transactions and share sales
  • Provide expert advice on leasehold matters including lease terms, ground rent, and service charges.
  • Draft and review contracts and leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, landlords, and other stakeholders for smooth, efficient transactions.
  • In-House Training: occasionally deliver legal training to staff, enhancing their knowledge to better serve clients.
